What You Can Expect as a MDSI Medical Transcriptionist
- Flexible Workloads: We will work around your schedule. Most of the transcribing is performed on weekdays; however, weekend work is obtainable depending upon your availability.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer compensation equal to or above that of local and national companies.
- Multispecialty Work: You can choose which specialty you are most comfortable with; however, we offer the opportunity to become familiar with ALL specialties to help broaden your overall transcription skills.
- Excellent Orientation and Training: We provide comprehensive, straightforward training materials and a thorough orientation before you take your first batch of work. We also provide templates to assist in your productivity. We want you to feel confident and comfortable transcribing our reports.
- Friendly and Helpful Support Staff: We are responsive to questions and concerns you might have. We have a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator available to help with technical/terminology issues, etc. during regular business hours.
