Since our beginning in 1985, MDSI has become a premier nation-wide provider of medical and disability evaluations. Over 300 physicians perform evaluations at 75 MDSI clinics located in 11 states from California to Florida.
MDSI's corporate headquarters is located in Ogden, Utah. From here, our corporate staff helps coordinate and manage the activities of all clinic facilities. Evaluation reports dictated by physicians following examinations are transcribed by a large staff of home-based medical transcriptionists employed by MDSI.
