states from California to Florida.
MDSI's corporate headquarters is located in Ogden, Utah. From here, our corporate staff helps coordinate and manage
the activities of all clinic facilities. Evaluation reports dictated by physicians following examinations are transcribed by a large
staff of home-based medical transcriptionists employed by MDSI.
